How Do I Redeem Points?
You need a minimum number of points to redeem rewards — this will vary depending on the reward tier. Some rewards might be for app-exclusive users-only access (events, special deals).
In-store: tell the Bud-tender you want to redeem, they’ll apply your reward at checkout.
What Perks Are Available?

Do Points Expire?
Yes, after a set period of inactivity. We’ll notify you before they expire. Make a purchase to keep them active.
What If My Points Didn’t Show Up?
Make sure you used the same loyalty account (same phone/email) used to make the purchase. If still missing, contact us with your transaction details – receipt/time/date, and our Loyalty Support team we’ll investigate.
