First time customer. My bud tender, Charles, did not disappoint. Not only was the store very nice and clean, the staff as well were all all welcoming and very professional.The selection was very good. Plus a good point/members system that helps with rewards. The prices are same as anyone would expect. Not expensive but their products are not cheep "old swag" that some places sell.All in all I reccomend checking it out. Not too often you find good customer service.

My experience at The Sanctuary has been honestly the absolute Best when it comes to Cannabis Dispensaries in this City! The Security is very kind watchful and attentive. Front desk check in staff are always smiling and friendly there rarely is a wait❤️.The Bud tenders have great customer service they always recognize you and take time to answer your questions and help you to find the best options available. They make you feel like an old friend not just another client.I had the opportunity to meet the general manager and he was very down to earth and kind to me as well,he told me about the different ways that they do fundraising in our community and helped me with navigating their app which I love great rewards. l appreciate this top tier service so very much. As a local who has worked in the service industry for over 25 years this is what you always expect to see but rarely get when you go out and spend your hard earned money 💰 Sorry for the long review but they deserve recognition 🥰
My name is Alexus i am on my friends account but Today Amy at the sanctuary assisted me and forsure made my day. I went in for a reg 8th came out with three a pre roll and only spent 4 cent. She rung my name to see my points luckily i had 1200 so I was able to redeem two eights as well as a pre roll and the initial eight i inquired about. I whole heartedly thought it was a joke april’s fools (April 1) but she genuinely made my month my week my year 😭💞im so blessed she could've just let me go without mentioning anything or being patient with my code. I appreciate AMY she was truly an angel sent from above. I loved it this was like the best day ever to only pay 4 cent to something in worth $114 is a dream cone true. She made a girls month i promise. I cant wait to go back and see AMY ! I absolutely would recommend and be kind to the staff. They for-sure take care of you i am still in shock. It’s a blessing to meet genuine people. I absolutely am thankful for going this random Tuesday and allowing AMY to be my tender.
They are the best at what they do to provide you with any questions on any items or products. They have the best deals that I know of. The staff is very friendly & highly (No Pun Intended) acknowledged in ever way.The only downside for me, personally is I wish they would open up another site location in Henderson,closer to where I live. To give the other Dispensaries some competition.
Man!! This place is amazing. The staff!!! Alissa, Chris, Blu (like the cheese) and so many more are knowledgeable on the products and communicate on what would be best. They just don’t sell you anything. The prices are lower than the other stores and they ALWAYS have deals for EVERYTHING. This place is definitely the sanctuary, when you just need a smoke break.
Seriously valuable prices! I got two .5 cartridges for $20! Not to mention, the customer service was great from Alyssa, which doesn’t seem like a coincidence as I’ve read other reviews of here and people also say she’s great. Forget the other place you’re thinking about, come to The Sanctuary!

This place was great and definitely a place I'm coming back to continuously.Clean, GREAT weekly deals, and the staff was amazing, from aura in the front checking us in to the beautiful girl that helped us get our disposables. I didn't get her name but she was beautiful, just got her silver sparkly nails done and she was super helpful!First time customers get 20% off and Nevada locals get 25% off on Mondays I believe!They're open 24/7 as well, I highly recommend checking them out the next time you need to re-up!
They were so nice. I was visiting family here and sent to get something for pain and anxiety. I told the person behind the counter what I needed and he gave me suggestions and explained the merits of each so that I could decide. What I got was perfect and well received. Thank you for the wonderful and patient service.
There prices are great but clear your schedule if you're ordering from them they make you wait all day even when you live less than 12 Miles from them they call you at 2 and say on the way and you probably won't get your order until after 6 I'm still waiting and I placed my order at 11 weed maps I can order from them to get my stuff from this dispensary and I wait about 2 hours and I get my order the only downside of ordering 3rd party weed maps is that I can't see all the deals they have like I can ordering from the sanctuary directly you should just use weed maps and you won't be treated like your time doesn't matter I called and said I have other things I had to do today the lady said just wait it won't be very much longer at all that was 2 hours ago iv been waiting since 11am it's 5:30pm
It was very busy, but we didn't wait long. Customer service was very good. The clerk who helped us was knowledgeable of all of the products, helpful and friendly. All the products we've gotten are of high quality and very reasonably priced.

As a local I really appreciate how close it is to where I live, after experiencing a problem while ordering online for the second time. I was blown💯💨💥 out of the water by the awesome customer service that went from security to the supervisor/manager Megan. She is a major asset to the company. Nice A/C.. knowledgeable bud tenders, reasonable and competitive pricing. Also deals for members as supplies last, always changing, but always something.I was just in the area so I took advantage and as usual not disappointed.
Super clean inside, and their selection is quite decent. Amazingly convenient, but if there is only two budtenders, then the wait time could be a few minutes extra. Fairly knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Definitely a local, but professional atmosphere.
Love this spot. I usually go in for a cartridge or disposables. Pretty much every day they will have deal and the deals are worth it. The place also looks nice 👍🏽
