The Sanctuary on 3rd St. Downtown Las Vegas has the awesomeness staff. Nickandro has treated me like i was part of the Ohana and I really appreciate it. Emily isn’t compassionate or cares about the customers. She thinks because of what her position is that she can talk to and treat the customer however she wants over the phone. My first experience with The Sanctuary was far from positive. I have been waiting over 4 hours for my delivery. I updated my phone number in my account but they claim that they couldn’t get ahold of me. They need to get a better system then. She’s been lying to me telling me that “Nick” the delivery driver’s on the way for 2 hours now but in my account the order status was still pending and not on the way, so that was a lie. She told me that she was going to call Nick and give him my new number which was another lie. Nick never even left the dispensary with my order. I called back 30 mins. later which already passed the 4 hours and she said that he was on his way again, which was a lie. The manager then calls me and is just as rude as Emily. She told me that I was being rude to Emily. I used no profanity but any customer would be upset after 4 hours of being lied to also. Then just because I said that I am not tipping the driver because of them taking so long, she then cancels my order. Emily and the manager both like to over talk the customers, not let me speak, be sarcastic and rude. It seems like everyone that works their has a chip on their shoulder and an attitude. No other dispensary in 8 years has ever treated me like this. They have no respect for the customers what so ever.

Extremely slow service even with only 2 customers in the store. Supervisor won’t help customers, just walks around on the phone. After 15 min the one employee helping someone went to the back to get help. I knew what I wanted, just wanted to go in and purchase knowing it was slow but the system in place doesn’t allow a customer to go in and out quickly.

This was my first experience at The Sanctuary, and it could not have been better. The bud tender, Ariel, was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He listened to all my questions with great patience and understanding. I was treated with the utmost respect by everyone, including security. The environment was very calming - I did not feel rushed at all. Parking was a breeze. The Sanctuary is everything a dispensary should be - 10 out of 10!!!!

the person at the door was friendly and informative. They let me know about my 20% off for being a first time patient but I already knew that because I’ve been wanting to try this dispensary , so I was prepared to use my 20% off. So I saw that the only thing I couldn’t do with the 20% off is stack deals. Understandable. I also expected that if I got sale items. So moving on, I enter it’s a really nice place and vibe so I step into the back and it was one budtender and a half , (half because he was doing stuff with a register). It was only 1 person ahead of me but they took a while and the line filled up quickly and the other person just left and told me “the other guy will be with you soon” and offered me a menu ,which was obvious . I feel the wait was unnecessary as I saw 3 different employees walking around. I don’t know their positions it’s not my business but it’s frustrating as a customer waiting watching employees walking around. So I finally get up to order, first thing I do is say I’m new and was told I get 20% off. He said yes you do, he was nice and informative on products. I ordered 2 of the Lavi Ape Tape Trim 28g and it’s a very good product and price. So he rings up my total and he tells me I can NOT use my discount because it doesn’t qualify for bulk deals. What? Never was I told that nor does it say that on the website. He was very abrupt and dismissive and tells me I can just use it next time. I did not want to go back and forth with him, he already was rushing me out and I know it was because the line was even longer now. I drove all the way from Henderson I have a picture of my receipt with a total of 130.21 . Very disappointed with my experience makes me hesitant to come back. I would have saved over $20 and would have used that to buy more items I intended to buy anyway. would not return! Got an email from the manager or owner filled with excuses .

A negative -100 not only was I not given my medical discount this last visit as I recorded; I shopped here for years only to have an experience in which I was charged and was told another customer not myself was charged attempting to solicit & extort double money from me twice even tho I had my receipt after using my card it listed approved saved my statement reflects it.I feel as if the same amount that was attempted to be extorted need to be a credit for that same amount for the public embarrassment and humiliation threatening security for their mistakes. It is the classic behavior and disappointment disrespect when you’re trying to patronize the local businesses repeatedly and the response is to pretend you’re stealing from them at their mistakes: even if it was true in which the following paperwork proved payment was made of it was the sanctuary mistake the behavior should have still not reflect the way it did see below the bill and the matching statement. This review will remain until I’m made whole again. Please credit me this same amount for future purchases with two medical discounts since I was cheated out of it and instead of shredding that pretending they want paid

Yes, the marijuana selection and concentrate selection are all great brands. Everything for a casual smoker to heavy, they have it.Also, the pricing for this close to the strip is awesome! I didn't expect to get that much love on the wallet!!The help I got from the 2 ladies was great.And even though I'm very picky about what I smoke they were VERY helpful/knowledgeable and what I got was spot on!So pricing, service, and quality were all unexpectedly perfect being that it was my first time here!Thank you guys!

First visit. Walking in the door I was nicely surprised. I’m a vibe person, and the vibe was good. The guy at the desk really nice. We then entered the SANCTUARY…….. really nice vibe. Lighting perfect. Not overly crowded with stuff. Clean, open. Then lo and behold I see my FAVORITITIST, yes I spelled it like I did, bud tender SAMMIEY. I love to speak to her about the different strains. She’s so knowledgeable and can guide you to the items, and/or products you need in order to achieve or accomplish what it is you want. Been here a few times Great neighborhood dispensary. Constantly changing menu with great deals, but always has the favorites in stock or on the way. Delivery/Customer service review: been going here for a year now. In person NLV location👍 ordering delivery lately has been hit and miss👎 Delivery was supposed to be made Tuesday 8/22/23.. so a few hours go by with no verification call and then a text comes through saying order is 20 minutes away so I check email and no adjustments other than preparing order so I call the shop. Downhill rapidly from that point on: Receptionist 👍 Manager 👎 says, "you were called and no answer"and proceeds to tell me they cancelled order. I text back with screenshots showing no such calls and for that I was cussed out and hung up on. On to Oasis I said and did. Have a good day everyone...😁

My problem with them is that they call to verify your order and if you miss the call they cancel it. This has happened to me twice now. Put in an order super early expecting to get a “omw, here’s the tracking link” and instead they just cancelled it. I had to take the time to put in a new order instead of them just handling things in their end.I’m overall very irritated by their logistical system because it’s negatively impacted my day twice now.Product is a good price and good quality.

Went here for a pickup the other day- I would normally opt for delivery at any dispensary, but this location didn’t offer it & they had the exact strain of nature’s chemistry I was looking for.Upon arrival, I was confused of where to go to pick up because I didn’t see any curbside signs. I called them & they said they would be right out. I waited 10-15 min & no one came out, so I called back & they apologized greatly for the wait, told me to come inside so they could give me 2 free promo items for the inconvenience.My interaction inside was very pleasant, the woman at in-take was apologetic & kind. Didn’t catch her name but the budtender who served me afterwards (I believe Bri was her name), was very attentive to all her guests & presented a genuine/loving energy. Completely wiped away any frustration of waiting, & of course who doesn’t love free weed?It was surely a trip worth taking & I’ll definitely be back, & hope to see them offer delivery in the future. Thanks Bri for being such a doll!

It's 9:06 pm On july 5th I'm currently sitting here. A group of 5 of us walk in. Immediately a short fat white guy tells us that only people actually purchasing can go back. I told him two of us for sure are purchasing, but the rest of us are just looking around in case we want to purchase. The excuse is only one bud tender behind the counter available. Basically making us feel as if we don't spend anything, we're not allowed behind the door. So here I sit in the lobby waiting for the rest of my party saving money. So because of him two out of five people went to the back. The two ppl that went back only bought one vile of oil. Better customer service is definitely needed. Nice building that's your second star.

I recently visited The Sanctuary dispensary in Las Vegas, and I was very impressed with my experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they were happy to answer any questions I had. The selection of products was wide and varied, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The prices were reasonable, especially with our community discount and I was able to get a good deal on the products I purchased. Awful customer service and manager. We were given the wrong product charged for the wrong product not even told they don’t have the product we requested. Called told to come back to exchange product. But when we paid for another taxi they Refused to give our money back or give product we requested which was indica Not Sativa. Horrible don’t shop here. The blueberry Camp brand disposable was horrible and did nothing to relax me as it is a Sativa Not an Indica. If you don’t have a product a customer requests you shouldn’t pull a fast one and make them buy something they did not ask for. There should have been NO REASON the Blueberry to even have been brought to the front. Our sale rep didn’t ask for it nor did we. Your front desk person also told us to drive back because it would be replaced. Awful manager never even talked to the front desk. She didn’t care period. Told us to spend more money instead!

Would give zero stars if it was an option. Was given the wrong product. Spent over $200. Called to see if they could make it right as soon as we got back the hotel 1.5 miles away. Was told to come down and talk to the manager. Took another cab from our hotel to be told that they cannot do exchanges on unopened product even though they were the ones who gave us the wrong items. Wasted second trip.Was offered a discount on more products but would of course have to spend more money. Came in looking for pain relief and to purchase Indica products for my arthritis. Here all week for a convention. Told them I would be back if everything went well. Was given sativa and was also told it happened because they were out of what we asked for, yet no one told the cashier that they were out of anything that we asked for.Go to another dispensary and if you must shop here check your items before they put them in your bag. Worst experience at any dispensary from here to Colorado, and California. Highly do not recommend.

The only reason they got a 1 star is because of the bud tender. I was told that this was the place to go to in Las Vegas. While I was there I checked out the best buds that they had. That was $70 an eighth. I bought two eighths at $70 2/8 at 60 dollars and two eights at $50. I spent Just about $500 to be completely ripped off! Not any of their products were fresh, and not any of them got me or anybody else high. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed with being robbed of my money. I hope that everyone sees this post and avoids all cookies shops across the country! I am stuck with 6/8 of absolute garbage.

Really really disappointed to be writing this review. I just moved to town in August and have had several very positive experiences here, even made a friend. I’m sad to be writing this as it impacts the employees that work there that are actually great at what they do 😞This morning I went in as usual but in the middle of my experience the budtender who was already assisting me started helping a customer who was in before me previously and had already left. I was willing to just wait for that person to finish assisting me. However, a lady came out of the side door and proceeds to ask me what else, besides what I had already picked out, I would like. She grabs the rest of my order and proceeds to check me out. I ask her opinion on a specific brand of gummies (vada gummies) her only response is “I don’t like them” no follow up, no other product suggestion. After providing a bland, much different, inconsistent experience than the previous ones I was very displeased and stated I more than likely wouldn’t be back again despite having wonderful encounters before. Her response “well I’m the manager on duty and if you don’t like it, take it up with someone else” and follows it up with how “they” don’t care that I won’t be back. I’m a return, 2-3 time a week customer and had accrued over $10 in points in just the first 2 months of me coming there. Sorry she doesn’t want you guys to have return customers, but I’ll take my business elsewhere. This is so disheartening because some of the employees there are SO knowledgeable and friendly, but it really is one bad apple that ruins it for the bunch. If I’m gonna spend $100-200 per week in an establishment on wax, there IS definitely a dispensary out there where I will have a consistent customer relations experience every single time, whether I go at 9am or 9pm. My advice if your gonna go, go in the evening, when the staff isn’t mad at life they had to get out of bed that morning to work in a customer service job. If you want service with a smile 😊 it’s not here, maybe check Planet 13.Never had a bad experience with Planet, and the 1 time a budtender made a mistake, they gave me an extra discount for the “inconvenience” of standing somewhere for an extra 2-3 mins. I don't understand how this place has good reviews. Literally only visited because I'm completely out of flower and they're the only dispensary with a good ounce special right now. Don't bother ordering online for a quick curbside pickup (which is what they stupidly advertise on their site). They never notify you that your order is ready so I had to call the store and they said "you can come as soon as you place your order." That would've been nice to know before waiting for 3-4 hours. After driving around the store for 3 minutes looking for a curbside pickup area, I had to call AGAIN to ask where to park and they said "we don't offer curbside pickup anymore, you have to come inside." Oh my effing god. Y'all need to put this updated information up on your website because you're deceiving customers and wasting their time. I ordered online and selected curbside pickup for a reason: to get my flower and get out of there quickly. The flower I purchased is decent but pretty dry. The associates inside the store were friendly but seemed really lost; two or three different people had to walkie my name to inventory several times for them to retrieve my order, resulting in more wasted time. The store was completely empty too (on a Saturday evening!) but now I know why. Just save yourself the trouble and don't visit this place, even for the flower deals. Spend a little extra and go somewhere else that actually values your time and experience as a customer. Never ever coming here again.

First time going into a dispensary, and the only reason was because my boyfriend's ID was expired. I was pretty nervous actually because I was alone and didn't have my boyfriend to talk me through everything! But he definitely wasnt needed because both of my visits here were excellent!!!! To All of the staff who had to deal with my questions and my complete lack of knowledge when it comes to weed and whats best... I appreciate your patience and kindness❤️ I wouldn't mind coming for another visit lol and ive spread the word about this location and how amazing you guys are!!!!

After having a bad experience with delivery the first time I ordered, Megan and Bleu (like the cheese he says) both reached out to me to make it better! They were super great and made me feel like they were genuinely sorry for my experience and that they wanted to make it up to me. Nick the delivery driver was also super awesome, he kept me up to date on where he was and when my delivery would be here. Seriously top notch customer service!! The gummies and pens have been great too.

The staff is very friendly & highly (No Pun Intended) acknowledged in ever way.The only downside for me, personally is I wish they would open up another site location in Henderson,closer to where I live. Man!! This place is amazing. The staff!!! Alissa, Chris, Blu (like the cheese) and so many more are knowledgeable on the products and communicate on what would be best. They just don’t sell you anything. The prices are lower than the other stores and they ALWAYS have deals for EVERYTHING. This place is definitely the sanctuary, when you just need a smoke break.

This place was great and definitely a place I'm coming back to continuously.Clean, GREAT weekly deals, and the staff was amazing, from aura in the front checking us in to the beautiful girl that helped us get our disposables. I didn't get her name but she was beautiful, just got her silver sparkly nails done and she was super helpful!First time customers get 20% off and Nevada locals get 25% off on Mondays I believe!They're open 24/7 as well, I highly recommend checking them out the next time you need to re-up!

There prices are great but clear your schedule if you're ordering from them they make you wait all day even when you live less than 12 Miles from them they call you at 2 and say on the way and you probably won't get your order until after 6 I'm still waiting and I placed my order at 11 weed maps I can order from them to get my stuff from this dispensary and I wait about 2 hours and I get my order the only downside of ordering 3rd party weed maps is that I can't see all the deals they have like I can ordering from the sanctuary directly you should just use weed maps and you won't be treated like your time doesn't matter I called and said I have other things I had to do today the lady said just wait it won't be very much longer at all that was 2 hours ago iv been waiting since 11am it's 5:30pm

It was very busy, but we didn't wait long. Customer service was very good. The clerk who helped us was knowledgeable of all of the products, helpful and friendly. All the products we've gotten are of high quality and very reasonably priced.
